Welcome to the Ugh, Library. You’re here to get smarter, not more confused. But before we open the vault, let’s address the elephant in the room: 

Marketing Jargon 😵‍💫

We hate it. Like, deeply. The same way printers hate working or how you feel when someone tells you to network more when, in reality, you just don’t like people. 

But sometimes…we have to use jargon. Ugh. 

Not because we want to. Because you’ve already heard it 87 times and still aren’t sure what it means, and if you’re even meant to care. 

So, words like: content pillars, engagement rate, link-building, SEO, keywords, brand awareness WILL show up. Be prepared, marketers LOVE acronyms (and the word ‘underpinning’ 🤢) more than influencers love saying: link in bio. 

But only so we can explain them. 

We’ll translate them to help you stop nodding with a glazed grin on your face like you get it. When you really just want to get back to your actual job. 

Think of it as exposure therapy. We’re not trying to make you fluent in marketing speak. We’re here to make it make sense. 

Minimal cringe. Maximum clarity.
